Actually I've been told previously that it's an AN-74, the 72 being the military version and the 74 is the civilian one...
Also if you check under the wikipedia article for AN-72 you'll see a AN-74T in the same livery as this one.

Yes, I looked at that Wikipedia article too briefly. I think I can see a "74T" next to the entry door on the picture.
