Someone made this classic Seinfeld bit without the laugh track, now I've never been a big fan of the show, but isn't it better this way?

Only seen it very occasionally and rarely full episodes. Always found it sort of hit-and-miss. Mostly meh, but an occasional good joke.
However, I don't think Seinfeld was meant to be joke-driven or laugh-a-minute. I think it was all about the characters, their quirks, interactions and TADA... comedic situations. I think many of the episodes built slowly and then climaxed at the end somehow - usually involving Kramer or George doing/not doing something or finally understanding something.
Therefore I'm sure I would have liked it more, if I e.g. watched the first 8-10 episodes to get a feel for the characters.
