Open the window? This seems like an April Fools joke, even though they are serious about it, and it seems like it will be difficult to put into practice. I'm foreseeing a new breed of bounty hunters, climbing trees for stranded drones, and using nets to catch them. Maybe even pirate drones to intercept? Sounds fun.
