Seems to me that he is trying to say that in the future we will be able to charge our cars in one minute or there abouts...
I took a look at the Tesla model S, it has the option to be upgraded with a 85 Kw-h battery, if you charge this battery in one min it will require somewhere in the range of 420000 amp, now that's one hell of a large fuse box

I think that they are talking about exchanging batteries as we know them to supercapacitors. Which have the best of both worlds.

Lazzie is right; the power has to come from somewhere. It doesn't really matter if the power is going into a capacitor or a battery. I wonder how thick the wire would have to be to transfer all that power in 1 min...
