I'm always interested in sleep research, this article has good information, but not much that hasn't been published in popular media before, will still give it +1 as any sleep research article is better then none
Oh and when on NYTimes.com please link the "single page" version next time, some of us are unable to view the first page, because we're at our limit of the monthly quota, and have to jump hoops (such as accessing the page via google news) to read the other page.

Tried the link on two different computers, both gave me the single page. It even says pagewanted=all in the url?! IDK...
