In discussions with people about why Kony, instead of all the other horrible despots (some who are in the current Ugandan government) I've used one particular point from that movie: Kony is at the top of the list for the International Criminal Court - the first person indited and yet he is at large years later. It's simply time to get that list shortened and of course we start at the top.
