There are many good alternative music videos, i.e. fan made videos, out on the web and I think it's high time we have a thread where we collect those that stand out
I'll start with a golden oldie, still the best literal version video out there

There are other types of fan made videos, such as this one, which combines my like for the new Dr Who & Coldplay.
I love it when people find new, unintended meanings with songs.
There is actually another fan based video of the same song and theme on youtube, for those of you who also like Dr Who it might be of interest.
